Ensemble Concert
Saturday, March 23, 2019 7:30pm

BUY SINGLE TICKETS NOW The FSO is excited to present “PAVLO: Sounds of the Mediterranean” Ensemble Concert on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 7:30pm downtown at the Sandusky State Theatre. Hot off the heels of his PBS-TV concert smash hit “Live in Kastoria” Greece, Pavlo and his band will have you dancing in your seats to the sounds of Greek, Flamenco, Latin, and Balkan flavors wrapped in contemporary pop.

Everyone is in store for an evening of incredible music and storytelling as Pavlo takes the stage! And, of course, don’t forget, the infamous Guitar Give-Away! As most of his fans already know, Pavlo gives away the very guitar he performs with every night to a lucky audience member.

For being an all instrumental group, Pavlo’s Mediterranean music speaks for itself! Over the span of his 20-year career, Pavlo, the internationally renowned, award-winning recording artist, performer and songwriter, has released 11 albums of his own music, plus two collaborative projects, including 2015’s Guitarradas with Remigio Pereira, and 2009’s Trifecta with fellow guitar masters Rik Emmett and Oscar Lopez.

Born in Toronto to Greek parents, Pavlo has made a name for himself by offering Mediterranean music. His music has taken him all around the world. Along the way he’s performed for royalty in the likes of Prince Charles and worked and toured with artists such as José Feliciano, Jon Secada, Olivia Newton-John and The Tenors.

Pavlo is currently on tour promoting his second PBS special “Live in Kastoria” Greece and is still driven by his father’s famous words: “Have the courage to do what you love, and the drive to do it well.”

Tickets are on sale now: $33 for Gold Seating, $30 for Silver Seating, $10 for Students with preferred seating or FREE for students in the upper balcony on the night of the concert. Tickets are available online at www.firelandssymphony.com or by calling 419-621-4800.

Born in Toronto to Greek parents, Pavlo has made a name for himself by offering a musical amalgam he simply calls “Mediterranean music” – a blend of Greek, flamenco, Latin, and even Balkan flavours, wrapped in contemporary pop. His music has taken him all around the world. Along the way he’s performed for royalty in the likes of Prince Charles and worked and toured with artists such as José Feliciano, Jon Secada, Olivia Newton-John and The Tenors.

It has never been more convincing, Pavlo is a TRUE WORLD artist, and has become famous for bringing every audience to their feet.

Pavlo is currently on tour promoting his second PBS special “Live in Kastoria” Greece and is still driven by his father’s famous words:

“Have the courage to do what you love, and the drive to do it well.”
