Allison Siekmann, violinist, currently performs with the Firelands Symphony, The Cleveland Pops Orchestra, and Heights Chamber Orchestra with additional freelancing throughout Northeast Ohio. Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Case Western Reserve University and a Master’s degree in Music Education from Kent State University.

Allison currently teaches middle school and high school orchestra in the Beachwood City School District, where she enjoys sharing the magic of music with her students. She also teaches orchestra at summer programs, including the Baldwin Wallace Community Arts School String Camp. Allison is a board member of the Ohio String Teachers Association and is involved in coordinating District 7 Middle School Honors Orchestra for the Ohio Music Education Association.

Inspired by her love of music and travel, Allison participated in the Vienna Summer Music Festival where she performed in the pit orchestra of four operas. When not teaching or performing, Allison enjoys several hobbies including hiking, painting, traveling, and baking.
