Carl Topilow signs 3-year contract with the FSO

Carl Topilow has signed a 3-year contract with the Firelands Symphony Orchestra (FSO), based in Huron, OH, which will continue through the 2027-2028 season. Topilow has served as Music Director and Conductor of the Firelands Symphony Orchestra since the 2008-2009 season. In his role, Maestro Topilow is responsible for auditioning and selecting musicians and guest artists, creating the concert themes and programs, and conducting the orchestra to produce the quality music local audiences have come to expect. Summer is here!

Audiences are invited to join us for our summer events! We have already begun with our Around Town Tour, offering a variety of small ensemble performances at various local events and hotspots throughout the Firelands region. Concerts began with the chorale performing at Sunday Worship at Lakeside on May 29th, and we have events through the end of July.
